Tips on Operating the Composite Crusher

Nowadays, the composite crusher is more and more widely used in the stone crushing industry. Zhengzhou Unique Group Co., Ltd would like to introduce some tips on how to operate the composite crusher as follows:

1. The transmission belt burns due to the improper tightness of the belt and the belt slip caused by the overload material. In that case, you should check the working condition of the transmission belt regularly.
2. The bearings will be badly worn due to the following factors such as overload, high rotation speed, dusty working environment and so on. In that case, you should check and clean the bearings regularly, and you should inject the suitable grease into the bearing house regularly. And if the bearing is badly worn, you should change it.
3. The discharge size of the output material is oversize. In that case, you should adjust the impact plate to narrow down the space between the rotor and the impact plate or you can change the badly worn liner and hammer.
4. There is severe noise while the crusher is running. In that case, you should shut down the crusher immediately and clean out the crushing cavity and check if there is some liners fall off.
