The following are some tips on how to maintain the ball mill on daily basis.
1. Make sure there is no loose fasteners, no leakage of oil, water and material from the junction surface.
2. Inspect the abrasion condition of the steel balls and if some balls are worn out badly, then the user should add more steel balls into the ball mill.
3. Replace the liner if 70% of it is worn out or there is a 70mm-long crack in it.
4. If the broken liner bolt causes the liner loose, then replace the bolt.
5. If the main bearing is worn out badly, then replace it.
