Tips about cone crusher starting

    Strict check should be conducted before the start of Cone crusher to prevent potential accidents.

    Major inspection items are as below,

1. Check composition of each part on cone crusher complete or not, check the link status of the main position of the bolts;

2. Check the crusher cavity to have foreign object or not, should ensure the crusher to run with empty crushing cavity

3. Check the status of other ancillary equipment, such as conveying equipment, electronic control equipment, etc.

4. Check the hydraulic device is normal or not, oil level and oil temperature

5. Check the lubrication system, oil pump can work properly or not
