The specific steps of the safety test about jaw crusher
Jaw crushers must be tested before production. Safety is the most important during the test run. The test runs of
jaw crushers are divided into unloaded and loaded test runs. The two have different requirements. The specific conditions are as follows:
Requirements for no-load test run:
1. Before the test run, check whether all the solid parts are in good condition to ensure that there is no looseness;
2. Check again the adjustment device of the
jaw crusher discharge opening, the adjustment standard should strictly follow the adjustment range specified in the manual;
3. During the test run, observe the running status of the flywheel and sheave to ensure smooth operation;
4. Ensure that all friction parts are free from scratches, chipping and grinding, and no abnormal noise. If any abnormality is found, stop immediately and check and eliminate;
5. When running continuously for 2 hours, the temperature rise of the bearing shall not exceed 30℃.
Requirements for on-load test run:
1. Before feeding, clarify the processing capacity of the
jaw crusher, the maximum feeding particle size and the finished product particle size to ensure that all contents meet the design requirements;
2. During the on-load test run, there should be no periodic or significant impact or crashing noise;
3. There is no obvious movement between the adjusting seat and the ear seat of the frame. If there is, it should be fastened firmly in time to prevent the normal production of the jaw crusher from being affected;
4. When working continuously for 8 hours, the temperature rise of the bearing shall not exceed 30℃.
The above are the specific requirements for the no-load test run and the load test run of the
jaw crusher. The test run is a key step to ensure normal production in the future. The normal test run can also see the deficiencies of the equipment.
