Stone crushing plant is made up of vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, impact crusher, vibrating screen and so on.
First of all, the raw materials are evenly sent to the jaw crusher by the vibrating feeder for primary crushing, and then the rough materials are conveyed to the impact crusher by the belt conveyor for the further crushing. The vibrating screen separates the crushed stones according to their size, and the stones with larger size will be broken again by the impact crusher.

2.Primary jaw crusher is equipped with enhanced jaw plates and has high reduction ratio. Main frame and flywheels use thicker steel plate; We apply impact crusher as the secondary crusher.
4.Water pipe or other washing equipment s are equipped to clean the finished products.
