After the installation and commissioning works is finished, the
stone crushing plant come into use. To extend the service life of the stone crushing plant, daily maintenance is a must. Zhengzhou Unique Group Co., Ltd would like to introduce several tips on how to maintenance the whole stone crushing plant in a proper way as follows:
1. Routine inspection.
The project manager should inspect every single part of the crushing plant and make everything is ok every day before the
crushing plant start to work. And the project manager should make a detailed memo of the broken parts and fix them timely.
2. Scheduled maintenance.
The worker should maintain the whole crushing plant regularly to avoid some unnecessary breakdown of the machine. And the project manager should supervise the maintenance strictly.
3. Training and evaluation of the workers.
Before starting to run the crushing plant, the project manager should train every worker until they are capable of operating every single part of the whole crushing plant. And their technical skills should be evaluated regularly.
