The ball mill can be installed on the concrete foundation after the compressive strength reaches more than 75%.Before installation, the quality of the foundation shall be inspected, and the concrete shall have no defects affecting strength, and the quantity and location of holes shall meet the requirements, and there shall be no sundries, water and oil in the holes.When the "ground wire method" is adopted for installation, the "center standard plate" shall be buried on the surface of the foundation.Draw all center lines on the basis of pre-installation and mark the striking punching point on the "center mark board" as the center line reference during installation.Before lifting, all parts of the ball mill should be checked and accepted, and problems should be solved in time.
