 VSI sand making machine is a crushing equipment made by applying new crushing concept，it is popular in the sand making plant. But 4 factors will affect the capacity.

1. Material characteristics

1.1 Material hardness

The harder of ore, the density will higher, so it is more difficult to crush, and the output will lower.

1.2 Feed size and reasonable feed rate

Excessive feed size will block the machine so that it can’t working normally. Too small feed rate will not only reduce the machine's capacity, but also cause wear on the crushing chamber liner.

1.3 Material humidity

High water content of material tend to stick to the machine, causing blockage and reducing capacity.

 

2. Impeller speed

It will provide the capacity if you appropriately increasing the rotation speed of the crusher rotor When the diameter, water content and feed amount of the material are the same.

 

3. Working parameters

Some ways can provide the capacity. Such as, changing the peripheral lining plate in the crushing chamber, increasing the counterattack plate, increasing the size of the discharge port of the crushing chamber.

 

4. Operation and maintain

A sand making machine with correct operation and regular maintenance will have a longer service life and a higher capacity per unit of time.
