How to deal with High Temperature of Jaw Crusher Bearing?

    The following are the solutions if the temperature of your jaw crusher bearing is high.

1.      Refuel lubricating oil to the bearing in timely manner according to the operating instructions.

2.      Clean the oilhole and oil groove, remove the blockage.

3.      Adjust the counterweight block position of flywheel and groove wheel.

4.      Remove bearing cap, lock firmly the tight bushing. Or remove the flywheel or groove wheel, replace the old tight bushing.

5.      Change bearings

6.      Change end cap and seal gland of jaw crusher. Or loosen the bearing cap of the frame bearing set of the heating part, use fuse along with inlay cover bearing to press into groove of frame bearing set, then set on the bearing cap, eliminating move of inlay cover.
