Hammer crusher
Hammer crushers are used for crushing various medium-hard and weakly abrasive materials. The compressive strength of the material does not exceed 100MPa, and the moisture content is less than 15%. The crushed materials are coal, salt, chalk, gypsum, brick, limestone, shale, etc. It is also used for crushing fibrous structure, broken wood with strong elasticity and toughness, paper or crushed asbestos cement waste to recycle asbestos fibers, etc. In addition, the hammer crusher can not only be used in the crushing production line, sand production line, but also can replace the cone crusher in the beneficiation production line.
The main working part of the hammer crusher is the rotor with the hammer (also known as the hammer head). The rotor consists of a main shaft, discs, pins and hammers. The motor drives the rotor to rotate at high speed in the crushing chamber. The material is fed into the machine from the upper feeding port, and is pulverized by the impact, impact, shearing and grinding of the high-speed moving hammer. In the lower part of the rotor, there is a sieve plate, and the particle size smaller than the sieve hole size in the crushed material is discharged through the sieve plate, and the coarse particle size larger than the sieve hole size is retained on the sieve plate and continues to be hit and ground by the hammer, and finally passes through the sieve plate Drain out of machine.
