Common Malfunctions of Impact Crusher and Tips
There are many common malfunctions of
Impact Crusher, so the solutions are different as well. The following solutions of four common malfunctions are as show under:
1. Bearing fever:
It suggests bearing has oil shortage, so that timely refueling is necessary. Of course, refueling too much also makes bearing heat. Be sure to check the oil level while refueling. If bearing has been damaged, replacement of the bearing must be done. If upper cover is too tight, just adjust the bolt to make sure it is neither too tight nor loose.
2. Abnormal vibration:
It reminds that the material is too large, you should check the feed size. If wearing is uneven, it indicates that counterattack hammer head needs to be replaced. If rotor is imbalanced, it needs to be adjusted. If foundation is not well handled, it needs to check the anchor bolts and do reinforcement.
3. V-Belt flips:
If V-belt flips, it means that it is worn out. Then, you need to replace the V-belt. Because of the belt transmission and assembly problems, you need to put the pulleys on the same level. You also pay attention to the V-belt quality.
4. Discharging size too large:
If such thing happens, it shows that hammer head wears. Let the hammerhead turn idle or be changed. If gap between hammerhead and counterattack plate is too large, make it 15-20mm. If feed size is too large, it will also affect the discharge size.
