The rotary dryer is a professional drying machine, we caught many operation fault to influence the drying capacity when use it. Now we conclude some operation faults of rotary dryer and solutions for you.
1. The cylinder vibration of the rotary dryer: There are two factors that lead to this problem. One is that the connection part of equipment’s wheel device and the base of the connection are damaged. This is not hard to solve through correction and reinforcement. The other is that the side of the tire-roller is worn. This can be solved by turning or parts replacement.
2. The dried material doesn’t reach the required degree. To handle this issue, the easiest way is to improve the efficiency of the dryer and then enhance or reduce the heat.
3. The damage caused between the gear and pinion. There are three reasons: wear of riding wheel, catch wheel, and pinion. About this problem, the first thing to do is to check the wearing condition. If it is very severe, you need to change the wheel. Otherwise, you need only do some turning work. You can also install the equipment in the opposite way. For fear of the instability, you can change the pairs for new ones.
4. The phenomenon of rolling ring on the cylinder operation. The reason is that the side of concave connector is loosened. You need simply fasten it to a proper degree to avoid other faults.
