How to select the sand maker and sand washer for your artificial sand production line?
To set up an artificial sand production line which produces high quality artificial sand, the selection of sand maker and sand washer is very important.
If the raw material of the production line is limestone, you can use impact crusher as the secondary crusher. Impact crusher can make artificial sand with good cubic shape. But if the raw material of the production line is hard stone like river stone, granite and so on, you need to add a tertiary crusher (
sand maker) to the first and secondary crusher to especially produce artificial sand.

sand washer, the most widely used sand washer is bucket type sand washer. Compared to the screw type sand washer, the bucket type sand washer has several advantages such as simple structure, big capacity, long service lift and easy maintenance.
