How to Maintain the Rotary Dryer?
Last time we talked about how to maintain the rotary dryer, and we will introduce other tips on maintaining the rotary dryer.
1. If the material inside the dryer is fired, there may be two reasons for that. One is the high temperature inside the dryer, and the other is the air leakage. The worker should find out the reason for the fired material and make the adjustment accordingly in time.
2. If the body of the dryer is shaking, that’s because the component which connect the main body of the dryer and the support base is broken. The worker should fixed it and make sure there will be no more problem.
3. If the fuel of the dryer is found to be consumed too quickly, that’s because the insulation material is not enough. The worker should increase the insulation material supply to enhance that situation.
