Introduction of Air-swept Coal Mill:
The air-swept coal mill is used for grinding and drying coals. It mainly consists of feeder, main bearing, rotation device, transmission device, discharging device, high pressure start-up device and lubricating system. It is widely used in the cement making industry, steam power industry, metallurgy industry, and chemical industry and so on. The air-swept coal mill has reasonable structure and high efficiency. It is the ideal equipment for making coal powder.
Features of Air-swept Coal Mill:
The air-swept coal mill is brim driven by motor through reducer and gears. It has air-swept structure with drying chamber, which allows the coal mill to accept raw material with different moisture. Inside the cylinder there is in sequence stepped lining plate, double stepped lining plate and ripple lining plate, which increase the capacity of the coal mill. The shutter-structured inlet can improve the heat exchange and avoid the material block up the inlet of the coal mill.
Working Principle of Air-swept Coal Mill:
The raw material will be fed into the feeding device of coal mill by feeder. And at the same time, the hot air with the temperature of 300℃ enters into the feeding device through the air line. The lifting blade lift the raw material and the raw material will become dry due to the heat exchange with the hot air. The dry coal will enter into the grinding cavity through the double-wall partition with lifting blade.
The dry coal will be grinded by the steel balls inside the grinding cavity, and at the same time, the coal powder will be discharged out of the coal mill by the air blower, and the coarse particles will be back to the grinding cavity for regrinding by the spiral device.
